Thanks to all for the sweet comments! The Olympic Medical Center is just a great example of how nice this area is! I am glad to be out and yeah, it was nice, for a hospital room :) Never want to stay in them long!

Hi there. I came over here from Glenn's blog (which I have been reading for 4 days now and am only 1 month behind, closing in on that gold star) and just wanted to tell you that your post brought back memories... A year after I moved to Sequim, I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease and needed abdominal surgery for a biopsy. On checking into Olympic Medical Center I was asked: Would you prefer a mountain or an ocean view? I enjoyed watching the ships come in once I was conscious again and the care I received was outstanding! Now back to Glenn's place to continue working towards that gold star.
